1.3. By purchasing this Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. What’s Included

2.1. The Offer includes, at our discretion and as described in the sales page:

• Initial setup and configuration of a WordPress website.

• Up to five (5) custom pages with basic content.

• A custom logo and header/hero image.

• Installation and configuration of our AI content assistant.

• Installation and configuration of a custom AI chatbot.

2.2. Any additional pages, features, integrations, or custom development outside the scope above may be quoted and billed separately.

3. Hosting and Domain Subscription

3.1. To receive and keep the free website, you must maintain an active hosting and domain subscription with us.

3.2. Hosting is billed as an annual subscription, prepaid.

• The price is based on our then-current hosting rate (for example, $22 per month equivalent, billed annually in advance).

• The exact amount and billing currency will be shown at checkout.

3.3. Domain registration is billed as an annual subscription, prepaid (for example, $15 per year), unless you choose to bring and manage your own domain with another provider.

3.4. If you bring your own domain, you are responsible for its renewal and DNS settings. We may provide reasonable assistance but are not liable for any issues arising from third-party domain management.

3.5. All hosting and domain subscriptions automatically renew for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. All fees for hosting and domain services are due in advance for the entire 12-month term.

4.2. Failure to complete payment may delay website setup, launch, or result in suspension of services.

4.3. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion fees associated with your payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee, no questions asked, starting from the date and time of your initial payment for this Offer.

5.2. If you request a refund within 72 hours of purchase:

• We will refund the full amount you paid for this Offer (hosting and domain bundle), less any non-recoverable third-party costs (for example, domain registration fees in jurisdictions where registries do not allow refunds).

• Access to hosting, domain, website files, and any included services or licenses may be terminated upon refund.

5.3. No refunds are provided after 72 hours from the time of purchase, including but not limited to:

• Unused time remaining on your annual hosting subscription, and

• Any unused portion of your domain registration period.

5.4. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. You agree to:

• Provide timely content, feedback, and approvals needed for us to complete your site.

• Use the website and AI tools in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable-use policies.

• Maintain secure login credentials and notify us promptly of any suspected security issue.

6.2. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by your failure to respond, provide materials, or approve work in a reasonable timeframe.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1. You may cancel renewal of your hosting and domain subscription at any time before the next billing date; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current prepaid term.

7.2. Because hosting and domain fees are prepaid annually, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, except where you are still within the 72-hour money-back window described in Section 5.

7.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services (including hosting, domain, and website access) if:

• Payments are not received when due, or

• You violate these Terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.

8. Ownership and Licensing

8.1. Upon full payment of the applicable hosting and domain fees, you own:

• The custom content and media we create specifically for your project, except for any third-party licensed assets.

• The configuration and customization of your WordPress website.

8.2. Some themes, plugins, and AI components are provided under third-party licenses. In such cases, you receive a license to use these tools as long as:

• Your hosting subscription with us remains active, and

• You comply with the relevant license terms.

8.3. If hosting is cancelled or not renewed, your ongoing access to certain premium or licensed tools may cease, depending on the licensing terms of those products.

9. AI Tools and Limitations

9.1. The AI content assistant and AI chatbot are intended to assist with generating content and responding to visitor queries, but:

• They may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information.

• You remain fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing.

9.2. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content or responses.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to this Offer and the services provided under it is limited to the amount you paid for the current 12-month hosting and domain term.

10.2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.

11. Changes to the Offer

11.1. We may modify or discontinue this Black Friday Offer at any time for new customers.

11.2. Any changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased, except where required by law or necessary for security or technical reasons.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spun Web Technology is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing this Black Friday website deal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
