Information we collect

We collect information submitted through our contact, quote, customer-portal, and CRM forms, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project requirements, communications, and document approvals. We also receive limited technical information needed to protect our forms and services, including security and anti-abuse signals.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare and administer quotes and service agreements, provide customer support, process approved payments through the payment provider you choose, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and sharing

We may use providers for hosting, email delivery, CAPTCHA/security, payment processing, and business operations. We share information only as needed to provide the requested service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction.

Quotes, signatures, and payments

When you electronically sign a quote, we retain the typed signature, signer account, agreement statement, and timestamp with the quote record. Payment details are processed by the selected payment provider; Spun Web Technology does not store full payment-card information.

Retention and security

We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for customer-service, contract, accounting, security, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-retention requirements. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.
