Terms of Service

Service scope

Spun Web Technology provides business technology, website, marketing, automation, support, and related professional services. Specific services, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, schedule, fees, payment terms, and support commitments are defined only in an approved quote, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement.

Quotes and electronic signatures

A quote is an offer only for the period stated on that quote. Quotes may be revised before acceptance. By electronically signing a quote in the CRM dashboard, the customer confirms agreement to the quoted services, scope, milestones, terms, and proposed investment. An authorized Spun Web Technology team member must also electronically sign the quote. Typed signatures are recorded with the signer account and timestamp.

Payment

Invoices and payment instructions are provided through approved channels. Where a PayPal link is supplied, payment is processed by PayPal under its terms. Work may be scheduled or begin only after required approval and payment conditions are met.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, timely approvals, required access, and rights to materials they supply. Customers remain responsible for their business operations, legal compliance, content, third-party accounts, and decisions made using any delivered service.

Changes and third-party services

Requests outside the approved scope may require a revised quote, timeline, or fee. Services may rely on third-party platforms, hosting, APIs, advertising networks, payment providers, or software. Their availability, policies, and changes are outside our control.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Each party keeps ownership of its pre-existing materials. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files, credentials, and access after completion is governed by the approved quote or written agreement. Each party will use the other party’s confidential information only as reasonably necessary to perform the engagement.

Disclaimers and limitation

Except where a written agreement states otherwise, services are provided on an “as available” basis. Business outcomes, search rankings, advertising results, platform availability, revenue, and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
